How does it work?​

It mounts between a directional valve and its subplate. When energized, its solenoid vents the pilot pressure, causing the valve to open and unload the pump to tank​ (near 0 bar). De-energizing it restores the 315 bar system pressure.

Integrated pump unloading​ on directional valve stacks in high-pressure systems (e.g., presses, plastic machinery) to save energy when the system is idle.

How is it installed?​

It is sandwiched in the valve stack. Ensure the external pilot supply (X)​ and drain (Y)​ are correctly connected to a clean, stable pressure source and tank.

Troubleshooting tips?​

• Won't unload:​ Check solenoid coil and voltage.

• Pressure too low:​ Check pilot pressure or for internal leakage/contamination.

• Noisy:​ Low pilot pressure or air in the system.
