How do I wire it?
Power & Signal: Supply 24V DC and the ±10V command signal directly to the 7-pin connector on the valve (no external amplifier needed).
Drain: Ensure the tank port (T) is connected directly to the reservoir with minimal backpressure.
What if the pressure is unstable or incorrect?
Verify the ±10V command signal is stable and within range.
Check for contamination, as the small orifices in direct-acting valves are highly sensitive to dirt.
Ensure the inlet pressure (P) is stable and significantly higher than the desired reduced pressure.
Confirm the tank line (T) is not blocked and has low backpressure.
