What is it?​

A pilot-operated relief valve in a stacked (sandwich) design, electrically controlled to unload the system.

As an integrated unloading valve​ on the pressure port of a directional control valve stack, e.g., in mobile or industrial machinery.

How to install?​

Sandwiched between the main directional valve and its mounting subplate. External pilot supply (X)​ and drain (Y)​ must be connected correctly per the circuit diagram.

Common issues?​

  • No unloading:​ Check solenoid power/coil.

  • Pressure too low/erratic:​ Check pilot supply pressure or for contamination.

  • Leakage:​ Check seals between stacked plates.
