What is it?​

A direct-acting relief cartridge valve. Max pressure: 200 bar. Max flow: 20 L/min. Used for fast-response pressure limiting or damping in medium-flow circuits.

What’s the “30” in the model?​

Indicates NG20​ size and 20 L/min​ flow capacity. Larger than DBDS10 (2 L/min) and DBDS20 (10 L/min).

Where is it used?​

• Relief/back-pressure valve for medium-power actuator circuits.

• Shock suppression on cylinder or motor lines.

• Auxiliary circuit protection.

How to install?​

1. Install in an ISO 7368 NG20​ manifold bore.

2. Connect the X port directly to tank​ with low back pressure.

How to adjust pressure?​

1. Remove protective cap.

2. Turn screw with hex key: clockwise = increase.

3. Adjust only under flow/load​ while reading a gauge.
