Signs of excessive internal leakage include insufficient system pressure, slow actuator movement, increased pump temperature rise, and decreased flow rate under rated speed and pressure; a pressure holding test can be performed for verification.
The PV7 series includes fixed-displacement models (PV7-1X) and variable-displacement models (PV7-2X); variable-displacement models can adjust the flow rate according to system demand by means of pressure compensation or flow compensation.
The maximum rated speed varies with displacement; small-displacement models (≤20 cm³/rev) can reach up to 3000 rpm, while large-displacement models are generally limited to 1800-2500 rpm; refer to the product manual for specific models.
The recommended oil cleanliness level is ISO 4406 Class 18/15 or higher; regular oil filtration and tank cleaning are required to prevent wear of internal components caused by particle contaminants.
Mount the pump on a rigid base to reduce vibration; align the pump shaft with the motor shaft (coaxiality error ≤0.1 mm), use flexible couplings for connection, and ensure the suction port is lower than the oil level in the tank or use a charge pump for auxiliary suction in case of high installation positions.
