• Insufficient/no oil output: Check for clogged oil filter, low oil level, or air leakage in inlet pipe. Replace worn parts or adjust variable piston as needed.
• Vibration/noise issues: Verify pump-motor alignment, check bearings, and ensure proper oil viscosity and pipe sizing.
• Overheating: Adjust mechanical clearances, increase cooling capacity, or clean/replace filters.
• Oil leakage: Inspect and replace spindle oil seals, check pipe connections and gaskets.

• Maintain oil temperature between 25-60°C with cleanliness level ≥ 8
• Conduct comprehensive inspections every 6 months
• Check oil replenishment pump status every 3000 operating hours
• Always prime pump with oil before starting to prevent dry friction
