  • Motor reversal

Solutions:

  • Clean oil filter, maintain proper oil level, check pipeline seals
  • Replace worn components (plungers, distribution plates)
  • Adjust variable piston to increase inclination angle
  • Correct motor phase sequence
High Vibration and Noise

Causes:

  • Misalignment between pump and motor shafts
  • Damaged bearings or variable head bearings
  • Inadequate oil viscosity or flow restrictions

Solutions:

  • Realign shafts, replace damaged couplings
  • Replace worn bearings
  • Select appropriate oil viscosity, ensure proper piping
