Veelgestelde vragen:

  1. Spoeltype (C4)

    DeC4 spoel​ is eennul-overlapping (kritisch centrum) spoel​ met servoklepkwaliteit. Dit ontwerp biedt een hoge lineariteit en snelle respons, ideaal voor regeltoepassingen met gesloten lus. De "B12L" geeft een specifieke stroomversterkingskarakteristiek aan (12 l/min​ met lineaire karakteristiek "L").

  2. Controle & Feedback (/A1)

    De/A1Het achtervoegsel geeft een aan±10 V DC-ingangsspanningvoor het commandosignaal. De klep is geïntegreerdLVDT-positiefeedback, waardoor volledige gesloten-luscontrole van de spoelpositie mogelijk is. In tegenstelling tot de 4WRPH-serie heeft deze klep dat welgeïntegreerde boordelektronica (OBE), er is dus geen externe versterker voor nodig.

  3. Hoge dynamische prestaties

    Als direct werkend ventiel met geïntegreerde elektronica biedt de 4WRPEH-seriehoge frequentieresponsen snelle stapreactie. Het is geschikt voor toepassingen die servo-achtige prestaties vereisen met de robuustheid van een proportionele klep.

  4. Faalveilig gedrag

    Deze klep isenkelzijdig bediend​ (enkele proportionele solenoïde met veerretour). In het geval van een stroomstoring brengt de veer de spoel terug naar een gedefinieerde positie4/4 fail-safe positie​ (doorgaans zijn alle poorten geblokkeerd of P naar B, A naar T, afhankelijk van de spoelconfiguratie).

  5. Kritieke installatie-opmerkingen

    • Netheid:Zorg voor een hoge oliereinheid (aanbevolen ISO 4406 18/16/13 of beter) dankzij de gevoelige servo-type spoel en hulsconstructie.

    • Voedingsspanning:Zorg voor een stabiele 24V DC-voeding (18...30 VDC) met een lage rimpel om ruis in het stuursignaal te voorkomen.

    • Montage:​ Gebruik de juiste ISO 4401-03-subplaat om te zorgen voor een juiste uitlijning en afdichting van de poorten.
