Maintain fluid cleanliness to ISO 4406 Class 18/16/13 (or better) to prevent clogging of internal components and extend valve life.

Disconnect power, remove the coil's mounting screws, pull the coil from the valve body, and install the replacement coil (ensuring compatibility with voltage and wiring). Torque screws to 2-3 Nm.

Replace seal rings every 2 years (or 5000 operating hours), or immediately if leakage is detected. Use only Rexroth-approved replacement seals to avoid compatibility issues.
